I decided to create this program and I decided to call it Modern Mom Lifestyle for a couple of reasons.
I've been in the fitness industry for years, and to be honest, I don't love the fitness industry per se. There's a lot of vanity and a lot of ego and I always felt like I was just trying to stay healthy and show how to keep a balanced lifestyle while managing kids and the thousand different roles that we play as moms.
I feel like sometimes in the fitness industry, every new year there's a new fad diet, there's some new extreme.
But really, what I wanted to help teach people is to live a lifestyle that I live, which is just balance and moderation while still focusing on being healthy.
I decided to go back and think about what has actually worked for me in the fitness industry.
I wanted to create a program where we can provide you accountability. I know after I had my daughter, I used an online trainer, and I was able to lose 40 pounds simply because I knew I had a support group I could check in with and work with. That accountability was a huge, huge piece of my results.
I've always been asked by a lot of people, "Hey, can you do online personal training with me?" It was always a struggle for me because my audience is big and I wanted to be able to provide really good coaching for people.
So I'm really excited. I think that this is something that a lot of people have wanted for a long time. I decided that we would create a community so we can all work together to help you hit your goals.
